At Hogle Homeschool & Tutoring Services LLC, I value each family I serve and reserve dedicated time for every student. Because services are scheduled and individualized, the following refund policy applies:

1. Tutoring Sessions

• Payment is due in advance of each session or package.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Homeschool Evaluations

• Evaluation fees are due at the time of booking.

• If a family cancels 24 hours or more before the initial scheduled evaluation, a refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days.

• Once an evaluation has been completed and documentation provided, fees are non-refundable.

3. Curriculum Planning Services

• Curriculum planning services include a non-refundable $50 fee. 

• If cancellation occurs before work begins, any amount beyond the $50 fee will be refunded.

• Once planning work has started, fees are non-refundable due to time and professional preparation involved.
